WE Project Management PLT was founded in 2016 by a team of construction professionals with more than 20 years of hands-on industry experience. We understand the real challenges faced by contractors — especially sub-contractors — when it comes to payment disputes, wrongful deductions, back charges, and time claims.
We built this firm for one reason: to stand on the side of sub-contractors and give them access to professional, affordable, and practical solutions that were previously only available to large companies.
